-Plots were acquired from different landlords -Application to melt all plots into 1 parcel was submitted and we are awaiting the authorities approval (expected in Q4 2022) -All needed and necessary document are under preparation to apply for a residential building license -Residential building license approval is expected in Q3 2023 -Expected number of apartments to be constructed - 30
